A blend of comfort and modernity awaits you at Heidi and Peter, the 3.5 room adjacent flats (each 110sqm). Perfectly situated in the heart of Arosa, the beautiful mountains, the variety of activities, the inviting restaurants, the fun bars and the little shops set the stage for an exciting visit.

Relax in our modern-rustic style flats, while enjoying the breathtaking views of the mountains on the balcony. The apartments offer a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and free covered parking. On top of that, kids born in 1999 and after can take free ski/snowboard lessons, since we are a proud member of “Arosa Skiing Schools Inclusive”.

  • Apartment Heidi: One comfortable double-bed and four cozy bunk beds to accommodate the whole family.
  • Apartment Peter: One comfortable double bed and in the spare room a double bed and a sofa bed (no bunk beds) – also to accommodate the entire family.

  • Large dining table for up to 8 people.
  • Spacious living room with flat-screen TV, DVD Player and sleeper couch.

During the winter season 2019/2020 all group ski and snowboard classes are free of charge for children and teenagers up to and with 17 years. Find your way to Sunnaschy

The house “Sunnaschy” is located in Inner-Arosa (above the Ortkerns) on the right side of “Poststrasse”. Chair lift, outdoor skating rink, hiking trails and bus stops are within a radius of 200 m and easily reachable by foot.

By car:
coming from Chur, always the same street (Poststrasse) along till Arosa. We are located on the right side of the road beside “Bellevue”.
